Hiking technique improvements

Hey Guys,

Im New to the forum and could use some help. Im looking for idea to help build a hiking bench for my hiking exercises. just don't have a whole lot of cash to obtain one optiparts or any other company. any ides to build? all help is greatly appreciated

A hiking bench is pretty easy to construct out of lumber - not pretty but functional. I don't have a picture of mine available but you can get some ideas on the internet at:

Use the exact measurements of your boat to customize your bench so that it provides the same experience you will have while hiking out on the water. The materials are not expensive and can even be free if you find a new house being built and go through their scrap.
