Is it a North or Hyde?

Upon Inspection, Can North and Hyde Sails be Identified from each other? If they are new and unopened? If they are used? What might be some ways of determining this?

If at the side of the red rectangular LASER sail-sticker a tiny additional sticker ("made in Sri Lanka"written on it) is to find, it's a North. Hyde Sails never have such a tiny additional sticker (the Hyde sail is made at Hyde's sail loft at Cebu/Philippines). Also, the open ends of the batten pockets (that side where you put the batten into the batten pocket) between Hyde and North do differ. At the North-Sail one put the batten into the bocket from horizontal at the side. - At the Hyde-Sail, one put the batten into pocket, directly from above-behind and pushes the rear side of the batten into a down-horizontal position (in this down-horizontal - position the batten pocket of a Hyde is sewed at the rear side ).
