Family Sailing Schools in Texas

I just purchased a C14. I would like to take my family of 6 to Texas for spring break. Any suggestions for a sailing school for the family? We are new to sailing. The ASA has a good list of sailing schools in Texas, but it would help to get some recommendations.

I don't know if they're still giving lessons, but you might want to check with Alison at; http://www.sailingtexas.com/csailinglessons.html. There are also a number of other schools in Texas listed on that site.
