i think mines 48 its an amazing carbon one but i remember that the aluminm was to small so ya like 49208 said make it longer you can cut it down.

when you sail on it youll see. i thought a radial was faster than a 420 in like all winds. the 420's so tanky after 2 years im tired of sailing on it!

head to wind? ok but right when the boom or sail comes across you role it over a little and flatten. is it that hard?! iv done it like a thousand times it might be comfusing to read or some.

ok... for the outhaul.. theres 2 different kind of lines. spectra which is the load line goes through the gromet on the sail and along the boom. the other line which can be anything thin and strong with a cover. make sure all of those lines dont stretch at all. i think they use 5 mm sprintline...

are you talking about all the upgrades? expensive but if you want to be competative in heavy air those extra advantages are GREAT! i would totaly get them. or just get a new laser like i did and it comes with it! that cost a little more though but about the second question go to www.apsltd.com...

haha ya role tacking is huge. the best thing you can do is go out with 2 lasers and just get the leeward boat to try to pass the windward boat and just have a tacking dual for as long as you can hold up! or tack on the wistle or some. when you get it perfect youl see! i just cant get the tiller...
