Try using Bar Keepers Friend... works wonders, super cheap and typically available at most US super markets. Comes in a goldest yellow can that look like Comet or Ajax.

For the last 4 or 5 Laser Master's Worlds, the matching sail number/hull number rule has been waived to the best of my knowledge. The event charter boats no longer included the "charter sail option." The sails that are mandatorily used in the open worlds, are now held and sold with the charter...
I'm very curious.. Many a laser sailors have strongly cautioned me about going into "THEIR hole" on the starting line. My question is.. how big of a hole are they allowed to defend? If I use "their" hole to start in.. and we never touch.. have I fouled them? If their hole is big enough for them...
I try to do a lot of keelboats and lasers... i find even my "cruising" sailing to Catalina is "time on the water" and helps my overall laser sailing. :)
