Anyone have a suggestion for a substitute float ball for the SF bailer? I finally figured out this weekend why my bailer wasn't a one-way device - the ball is missing. The two steel pins are still there, so I don't know how the ball escaped. TIA Dave

It appears to me that would be an acceptable design for moving the boat around and possibly for launching off a steep ramp, but I suspect it might not work well for launching off our beach. Thanks for the link, Dave
